Express processing
on requestFor businesses, we quote based on device quantity and the requested date. Please contact us.
We prioritise your device and complete the agreed unlock by the end of the next working day after arrival and fulfilment of the payment terms. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Hamburg.
If we miss this deadline, the express surcharge is waived; any express fee already paid is refunded. Shipping time is not included. Please use express shipping and include a prepaid express return label.

Disable Absolute / Computrace
€30net per device, plus 19% VAT
For suitable devices that you lawfully own, we assess removal or deactivation of Absolute / Computrace. We then set the BIOS feature to “Permanently Disabled” to prevent it from being activated again.
Availability depends on the model and activation state. Permanent deactivation cannot be reversed. It is not included in the standard unlocking price and requires a separate agreement.
