For bulk orders
Only send functioning devices or mainboards that power on. If a batch within a bulk order contains a high number of non-starting boards that cannot therefore be unlocked, we reserve the right to charge €25 excluding VAT (€29.75 including 19% VAT) per affected board for assessment and handling. We discuss individual fee exceptions with you personally.
For supported Dell Latitude and Precision models, we can check whether a code-based unlock is possible without shipping. Availability and pricing depend on the exact model and displayed lock code.
We assist with removing existing Microsoft Intune/Windows Autopilot associations. We confirm requirements, scope and pricing after assessing your case. A normal Windows start alone does not establish a complete release. When buying a used device, first ask the seller whether the previous organisation has properly deregistered it.
We do not currently cover other MDM providers. This additional service is not included in UEFI / BIOS unlocking.
Our network ranges from experienced individual specialists to repair companies with several locations. We can introduce a suitable provider for other manufacturers and work outside our focus. This includes Wilderotter GbR, with whom we maintain a close working relationship.
In Hamburg, we also work with a refurbisher active in ITAD and recycling. If you need an IT asset disposal partner, advice on recycling, certified data erasure or erasure reports, we are happy to introduce you. You agree on services, evidence and terms with the respective provider.
This cooperation occasionally gives us access to additional ThinkPad models for technical assessment. The results then inform our device finder.
